Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Please recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at astarlinkllc@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
